Processing Times
In-stock items are prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days.
Custom and made-to-order products require approximately 7–10 business days to create before shipping. Processing time is separate from the estimated delivery time shown below.
Shipping Within Canada
- Standard Shipping: $25 CAD — estimated delivery within 3–5 business days after dispatch.
- Express Shipping: $45 CAD — estimated delivery within 1–2 business days after dispatch.
Shipping to the United States
- Standard Tracked USA: $30 CAD — estimated delivery within 6–10 business days after dispatch.
- Express USA: $50 CAD — estimated delivery within 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees or other charges applied to United States shipments.
Tracking
Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout when available. Please allow time for the carrier to update the tracking information.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please contact us immediately if an address needs correcting. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has been shipped.
Additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete customer-provided address may be charged to the customer.
Delays, Loss or Damage
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, customs processing and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us at info@creativeimaginations.ca with your order number and photographs when applicable. We will assist with the carrier claim and work toward an appropriate solution.
